VERIFICATION & INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
1. It is hereby informed that the Commission has decided to conduct interviews for the unfilled
vacancies of Executive Posts of Group-II Services, Notification No.38/2008 & 11/2009 onDt:11-12-2012.
Physically Handicapped Candidates are directed to come to the Commission’s Office on Dt: 01/12/2012 for
verification of Certificates for referring to Medical Boards. Verification of certificates and interviews for all
candidates will be conducted on Dt: 11/12/2012. Thecandidates may download MEMO, CHECK LISTS and other Relevant Material from the Commission’s Website Form 28/11/2012.This is Subject to outcome of the SLP(C) No.30781/2012 pending adjudication before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other Court Orders, if any.
2. The candidates who are picked up for verification of certificates for unfilled Executive posts are
required to produce the Original Certificates alongwith one set of Photostat copies relating to Age,
Qualifications, Community (Integrated), Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per
G.O.Ms.No.3 BC(W) (C2) Dept., dt.04/04/2006 (prescribed format hosted on website), Certificate relating to claim of age relaxation, Study certificate (from4thclass to 10thclass) and if any, at the time of verification of documents, failing which, they will not be considered for selection of unfilled Executive posts. Norequisition will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the above certificates.
3. The verification of the certificates will be held at 10.30 AM in the Commission’s Office on
01/11/2012 for PH Candidates and for general candidates verification of the certificates will be held at 8AM
followed by interviews on 11/12/2012. The candidates should download the call letter, Revised Vacancy
Position, Check lists, Attestation Forms and other Relevant forms from the Commission’s website from
Dt:28/11/2012 and should submit at the time of verification of certificates.
4. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars
furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall
be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection.
IMPORTANT: The candidates who attended for verification of certificates for Non-Executive posts should
also download and submit the filled in checklists for Executive posts again, failing which their candidature
will not be considered for selection of unfilled Executive posts.
