Social Welfare Service(General Recruitment), Notification No.50/2011,  the candidates whose register numbers are given below have been provisionally called for verification of original certificates on 27/12/2012 at 10:00 A.M. in the Commission’s Office. The candidates are required to bring the following Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copies and four passport size photos. Candidates can download  their Memo from 22/12/2012 from the Commission’s Website i.e. www.apspsc.gov.in. I. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) II.  Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate III. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.O). IV. Creamy Layer exemption certificate from Revenueauthorities for BC candidates only, as per G.O.Ms.No.3, BC Welfare (C2) Dept., dt. 04/04/2006 who claim reservation under BC Community. V. PH Certificates for PH persons only (OH, HH & VH) VI  School Study Certificates from IV to X Class ifstudied in School; ORResidence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private study seven years including and prior to SSC. VII. Original Bachelors Degree with Marks Memos. VIII  Two Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and duly attested by Gazetted Officer. IX.
