ndia have identified Sarva Shiksha Sabhiyan Programme as main vehicle to implement the provisions of RTE Act 2009, which has been introduced to ensure free and compulsory education as a fundamental right to all the children in the age group of 6 – 14 years. In order to share the additional work load due to the passage of RTE Act and also to implement the provisions of the Act effectively in letter and spirit, Government of India have sanctioned MIS Coordinators posts at Mandal Resource Centers and Cluster Resource Persons to School Complexes under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan for the year 2012 -13 along with required budget.

I further inform that all these posts have to be filled up immediately to implement the approved activities along with the provisions of RTE Act as per the time line specified in the Act. These posts have to be filled up at district level as per the decision taken by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Detailed guidelines along with time schedule for recruitment of the above personnel are enclosed.
Therefore, I request you to take up the above recruitment in your district as per the guidelines and time schedule for effective monitoring of the implementation of the provisions of RTE Act.
