RYK, Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu scheme is part of the Rajiv Education and Employment Mission. RYK aim is to offer 15 lakh new jobs in the private sector and 1 lakh in government departments. Governments will offer skill training and placements to all aspirants. RYK scheme is for all districts across the state. A.P CM N. Kiran Kumar Reddy on 21-10-2011 said, Total 1.2 lakh posts at all government departments going to fill this year before December. The figure is 10 per cent of the total government posts in the State.
